Digital Product Policy — ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও ডাউনলোড

Digital product-এর delivery physical courier-এর মাধ্যমে নয়; verified order/payment-এর পরে secure account, email বা time/token-controlled download/access flow ব্যবহার হতে পারে।

Delivery

Payment/order verification complete হলে digital access তৈরি হতে পারে। Email spam folder, account download section এবং order status দেখুন।

Secure Link

Download token/link ব্যক্তিগত। Publicly share, resell, brute-force বা unauthorized access চেষ্টা করা যাবে না। Security reason-এ expired/revoked link নতুন verified link দিয়ে replace করা হতে পারে।

Compatibility

File format, device/software requirement বা license limitation product page-এ দেওয়া থাকলে purchase-এর আগে যাচাই করুন। Customer device incompatibility সবসময় refund reason নয় যদি advertised specification ঠিক থাকে।

Refund / Replacement

Downloaded/accessed digital content physical product-এর মতো return করা যায় না। তবে duplicate payment, delivery failure, corrupted/wrong file, materially incorrect listing বা mandatory legal right-এর case support review করবে।

License & Copyright

Purchase ownership/license scope product description অনুযায়ী। Copyrighted file redistribute, copy-sell বা unauthorized commercial use করা যাবে না যদি license তা অনুমোদন না করে।
